Patient Back-up to CD
Patient to BACKUP1:
- Click on Archive application.
- Open BACKUP1 Tab.
- Click on Directory and the Patient Listing will apppear.
There are three Options:
- New patient backup - the system will have no directory and ask for label.
- Empty ready to be filled.
- Full from previos back-up and needs to be emptied. For this option, the directory has to be Initialized by pressing the Initialize button and enter label.
- Highlight Patient or Patients (select only a few at a time or be prepared for a long wait).
- Stop the back-up process at 75-80 % used.
BACKUP1 to CD for the Entegra:
- Partial shutdown on the entegra application.
- Insert a blank cd.
- Close the CD Creator application.
- Open MY COMPUTER.
- Highlight E drive ( CD-drive).
- Right mouse click and select FORMAT.
- Label and the disk or accept default naming-- START FORMAT.
- Click OK when disk is formatting is complete.
- Open Entegra application.
- Click on Archive application.
- Open Backup 1 Tab.
- Click on Directory and the Patient Listing will apppear.
- Click on Burn CD button and messages will appear stating the status of the burn.
- Message will appear Burning CD Successful and press OK.
- Partial shutdown on the entegra application.
- Open MY COMPUTER.
- Highlight E drive ( CD-drive).
- Right mouse click and select EJECT.
- Check on option-Close to Read on any Computer and check Protect CD-then OK.
- Disk will finish off and EJECT - remove and label.
